Requesting docs for 3 years old acc

My 3 years old fully verified az UK account recently asking for Recent Bank statement and UTR doc. Problem is my UTR number. When I have created that account I have put random digits(Total number of digit was same as UTR) and I don't think it will match UTR algorithm. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? Should I provide UTR doc with my old UTR number or NEW UTR number .

Please help me with your suggestions.

All UTRs have a check digit. What you can do is check your 10 digit number, maybe you entered a correct check digit by chance. If not, you can just make it look like you made a typo on the last digit (which is the check digit) and ask em to kindly correct it.

EDIT: I am not sure if the last or the first number is the check digit, you'll have to do some googeling on that

I did the same thing for my seller accounts GST number for Canada. I hope it stays okay.

You need to provide valid utr no
Your first no does not worked that's why they asking proof from you once you provide them letter they will close your account

Best to get working utr no and send them letter they may ask you to update your profile with New utr no
