Why don`t you dedicate and login in the account every time at the same time at least to click "no answer needed"? Then, when you have time, answer messages :)

You can get accounts linked via images via email, that's why its recommended to disable images and only do text

Thank You! I got it, Images with "linked" metadata may be sent out accidentally.

Disabling images avoids a potential link via image "beacon" - info is obtained when an image is opened on your end literally

Disable images on all email accounts to prevent tracking.
and
Use batch purifier on images or docs you are submitting.
