should i appeal this claim?
To summarize:
1. Customer open INR claim
2. I represented with amazon Proof of Delivery and signature image.
3. Amazon funded the claim themselves.
Should i appeal their decision since my account still take a hit? This is clearly buyer at fault.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

They will do this most of the time to make the buyer happy at your expense. It doesn't cost Amazon anything so why not.

For FBA items they will but shouldn't for MF orders if you have the correct documents

Send them the proof in photo and scan, sometimes they have issues viewing files (try different file formats too)
Maybe they're having trouble viewing them.
If you got the proof they should refund you

^precisely
Buyers can make your life hell. Just appease them best you can. They can give bad feedback, file A-to-Z, make inauthentic complaints, all kinds of hell.
