My best and most honest guess (even to your other question in another thread) is Amazon keep a record of everything. They do this to measure the level of risk a seller (or buyer) poses to their marketplace. By doing so, they can eradicate such users.
The only chaps that dont see much info are the customer service department, they are there for basic support.
But aside from them, I would presume every one else (who is a higher tier) can see your account, including deleted accounts etc.
