Default Problem with address verification

Hello,

month ago i've opened a new US amazon account , i've set business location as germany because i have a german utility bill, but after entering the credit card & bank account details , the verification page had opened and they've asked for the proof of identity and bank statement, i wasn't allowed to enter the main amazon seller homepage unlike the normal, so i've uploaded the passport scan and a payoneer statement, and later received a message on my email says that my account has been verified, but i didn't receive any messages from seller performance to submit a utility bill as usual, i've waited for 10 days but they didn't send any !!

I've thought maybe when upgrading to professional they would request it, but also they didn't, tried to open a case and they've responded that my account is fully verified .

Lately i've opened another account, also i've choosed germany as the country and the same verfication page appeared, now i'm waiting for the approval, and till the moment nothing came by performance team side .

what i need to know, is there any changes on the way of verifying the accounts which opened from germany ? why didn't they asked for a utility bill thought it's nearly a month ? any way to send them the bill so i can make sure it would be reviewed by the seller performance ?

Sometimes you get lucky on accounts and they bypass the documents.Im not sure if thats just a glitch or intentional/triggered.But it only happens for maybe 1 out of 10 accounts.

Be patient, they did not ask for utility bill because you have already provided them with payoneer bank statement, sometimes they accept bank statement as proof of address. do not send them any docs unless they ask for it.

The problem is, this account is done by my side for someone else, i wanna finish the verification completely so i don't get a future headache .

Do you think there's a way to submit the bill ?

No.Inless amazon ask for the docs ,dont send them anything.Or remake the account until you get the doc request.

Not completely true. I've had accounts verified years ago, and they have gone through verification again this year.

If they accept the bill and say you may now sell on amazon then you are good to go for the time being

If you downgrade to individual and go back to pro they can ask for verification again

Just always have them ready to go
