Problem with address verification
Hello,
month ago i've opened a new US amazon account , i've set business location as germany because i have a german utility bill, but after entering the credit card & bank account details , the verification page had opened and they've asked for the proof of identity and bank statement, i wasn't allowed to enter the main amazon seller homepage unlike the normal, so i've uploaded the passport scan and a payoneer statement, and later received a message on my email says that my account has been verified, but i didn't receive any messages from seller performance to submit a utility bill as usual, i've waited for 10 days but they didn't send any !!
I've thought maybe when upgrading to professional they would request it, but also they didn't, tried to open a case and they've responded that my account is fully verified .
Lately i've opened another account, also i've choosed germany as the country and the same verfication page appeared, now i'm waiting for the approval, and till the moment nothing came by performance team side .
what i need to know, is there any changes on the way of verifying the accounts which opened from germany ? why didn't they asked for a utility bill thought it's nearly a month ? any way to send them the bill so i can make sure it would be reviewed by the seller performance ?
