Suspended Account (need final disbursement)
Ok, so I've had this suspended account for over 8 months now, and there is a few thousand in there and I can not get Amazon to reply to any of my emails about when I can get a final disbursement. The disbursement date always reads the current week but with $0 as the amount. The only option when I go to the CONTACT US link is they send me to a form letter with SUSPENDED being the default Subject. I send a letter, and immediately get a case number, etc. But they are not following up. This has been going on for four months. I've had dozens of accounts lost in the past for various reasons, but they've always sent the final disbursements eventually. And always replied eventually to messages. This one is perplexing me. They are also withholding about $1500 in tax (this account has never had tax info entered). Any help or new approaches would be appreciated!
