I'm on a roll- 2 Negative reviews removed
Hello Everyone,
Some of you may have known that my account was suspended for 4 days last week, and then a couple of different buyers simultaneously gave me 1 star reviews. I am a brand new Seller Account and so that was the DEATH of my account over the past 6-7 days. My sales went from 10 per day to 0 or 1-2, through this weekend. I had no other reviews except for the 2 negative ones (Actually the 3rd negative review was due to an Amazon shipping error, so that was removed before this weekend). Check out my message below to the Amazon "Feedback Review/Seller Support" team.
"Hello Amazon Seller Support,
I understand that you have an important role in managing Seller Account Feedback, so that there is no INFLATION of the truth. This should work with both Positive Feedbacks and NEGATIVE feedback. My case is very much the latter.
I ask a REASONABLE request for removal of ONE of the negative Feedbacks that I received. Please see my explanation below.
I have a customer who purchased my product twice, in order to write TWO 1 star reviews.
1. I believe this to be a spiteful act, because why would he order a product he didn't like TWICE and then leave the exact same review, with the same wording etc? What *other conclusion could there be?
2. If he was dissatisfied then ONE review may be reasonable. Logically you would not purchase the EXACT same product and leave the exact same review unless you were trying to cause damage to my store, and my reputation.

As a result the 2 negative reviews were removed (Amazon just took the blame for it as well, just to get it approved), and I literally got a sale within 10 minutes of the reviews being removed.
Keep working hard everybody and be relentless. This is YOUR BUSINESS!
