I got threat to remove listing, how do I know real?

I got below message for my listing. There is another seller apart from brand seller. I bought from banggood wholesale program.

How do I know it is real?
What should I do?

We noticed that you are not authorized online retailer for xxx brand products and you have listed the particular item ASIN：xxxxx
All these asin have GCID, this is a warning, not a negotiation.
If you still do not end listing from our xxx brand, I will report you to the Amazon. If you don't worry about your account. As you may be aware, the unauthorized selling of xxx products is an illegal action that seriously infringes Trademark Law.
As the Trademark owner, we did not sell you, nor authorize you to sell, any xxx branded products. Also, you are against Amazon's policy. We kindly request that you follow our instructions:
1. Remove your offers from all xxx product pages on Amazon
within 24 hours,and do not list items on xxx product pages in
the future.
2. Send us confirmation after you remove the product as issue from your listing. If you don't comply with these demands, we'll have no choice but to file an official claim with the Amazon Seller Performance Department, which will seriously impact your Amazon performance.
If you still sell the product(ASIN:xxxxx) after our warning, we will take TESTBUY countless times till your shop is closed.

Can I sell as Used - LIKE NEW instead if I am not allowed? As my products are in FBA.
Can I sell the same product in FBA as LIKE NEW?
If yes, I need to relabel, right?

No you cant they will still report you and you will loose your account

Seems like banggood is a china wholesale type of site....and they are not know for "brand authenticity".

It is really up to you to get authenticity checks and paperwork in order for these kind of sales :( Contact seller etc

Thanks for your guidance. For future, how can I take precaution before I purchase the item? example

1. Where can I purchase legit?
2. How can I check which brand doesn't allow?
3. How can I limit the risk?
I want to put a procedure to minimize such risk. I am just doing arbitrage.
