Don't sell counterfeits.

End of story.

You can't

Knowingly selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ you need to accept the consequences.

I agree with you not to sell replicas. Problem is this item is not etirely ⊗⊗⊗⊗. I would say its half ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Because the company is not doing this item at all. But China made a new product but using logo of this company.. and people love it. eveyone who is buying this item - they know it is not original and they leave so much positive fb for this. They appreciate it and they accept it.

in result company is not loosing sale (maybe a bit) because china made a different product and its cheaper - how ever you cant compare its cheaper then original= becasuse this item does not exist in company product list- its just have a logo.

Thank you guys for your posts I will look up for new products then.

There is no such thing as not entirely ⊗⊗⊗⊗. It either is or it isn't. It either has the rights owners permission or it doesn't.

If it doesn't appear in their catalogue and it just has their logo then its ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Simple

Whether buyers know its not genuine is neither here nor there. and if you list it on e/b then you have to face the consequences.

I don't like to judge others but why not actually start a legitimate business and move away from replicas, your ripping on off companies and people!! If you want to deal the consequences then so be it...

This is why e/b p/p comes down tough on all of us....

By the way guys I was not selling counterfeits but a particular manufacturer will look for a description and if its not correct in the listing they will hit you with a vero violation or patent infringement in a heart beat.

I think they also look at any heavily discounted product and hit them because they can and ebay is too girly with no kahooners to do anything about it.

But also my account was pristine all the 5's in the dsr's 100% feedback etc and then they write me up for a listing I took down a month before because I thought the wording was wrong.

Any way I am not going to phone them the violation will pass.

Funny thing is Amazon does has huge kahooners and I do not have any violation problems on there and my sales there are a lot more than ebay.
