Stealth Account Suspended After a Year?!
 
I bought stealth account before a year and i was suspended several times and amazon requested invoices several times and i provided them. They last requested invoices on Dec 2017. Once i was reinstated i made lots of sales until 30 Oct 2018 and everything was fine. On 31 Oct 2018 i put my account on vacation mode because i was not able to work for several days and all my listings are inactive as you know once i go to vacation mode.

Today 1 Nov 2018 i was suspended again for a stupid reason for that i may sell unauthentic products and they want invoices again and they provided several ASIN's at the end of the email.

What should i do now? Do i need to provide them invoices again as before? I don't know why they suspended when i'm in vacation mode and those ASIN's are in my store but are not active. How that is possible? They didn't requested anything for 10 months when my account was active and once put on vacation they see something on radar?

I provided good POA to amazon and same invoices which i used last year to reinstate but they keep sending me same email for that they want invoices. What should i do?

provide them with additional invoices that covers all products sold in that time frame

They requested invoices for only 3 ASIN's. In last 365 days i sold more than 1000 orders. Do you mean to send invoices for all those sold items? That is not logical. Can you tell what you mean?

I send them professional POA and invoices they requested but they for the 4th time send me the same message for reply as following:

“Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address the below issue(s).

You have not sent us the information we requested to address concerns about the authenticity of your listings. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we routinely request additional documentation from sellers to verify their account information and confirm authenticity of certain items. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited.

What should i do? I cant understand what they want i send them everything?

I would check all the details again and make sure you invoices covers all the products sold in the period they are requesting

Your POA must answer all the issues they brought up as well

You had enough chances which is wasted by yourself

They called your supplier and unable to confrim so account gone move on to new account

You have to wait 90 days to see if they will disburse or make it difficult

Try to determine what caused the issue. If its a call to invoice, those are difficult to avoid

If it's inauthentic suspension, they will keep the money...

So I suggest you try do something to get this fixed.

Invoices are not real because products are from Walmart and they are made up invoices. I was reinstated with same invoices before several months. On the invoice there is walmart customer support phone. I doubt they called walmart because they have to wait long time until they can connect with customer support at all. I dont know..

When you blurred the images/invoices did you use photoshop or paint? As that will make amazon think you are forging documents. You have to print the invoices and then black out the prices and then scan the invoices and send Amazon that.

This is similar to a appeal posted on amazon forums “
Our account was suspended for “manipulating or forging a document”

Our first submission of the invoice in question was an edited version, in that we edited the document with Adobe software in order to block out the unit costs/totals. When we responded to the suspension email on XXXXX, we failed to correct the issue and sent a similarly edited version of the invoice. We have failed to recognize what constitutes manipulating or forging a document and we have now realized that this may be the source of the issue. Please review the attached original, unaltered invoice for our purchase in question.

We apologize for any issue we have caused Amazon and its associates.

Good advice right here!

Printing and then photographing is the way to go

Make sure to remove meta-data and EXIF info from the JPG when you do

I don't think this is the issue with blurring invoices. I print the invoice, photographed with my phone then uploaded .jpg to performance team. They again said its "forged or manipulated".

After that their response to me, i again send updated POA with updated invoice this time in pdf and not photographed, didn't mention that they said they are "forged or manipulated" and they last response to me was:

"Dear,

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account.

Why did I receive this message?
You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods.

What happens now?
Your account will remain deactivated and we may not respond to further emails about this issue.

Why don't you appeal and draw out a well thought letter etc. Or maybe use services of marketplace here - amazon reinstatement?
