My attorney is working with xerox as we speak. We will sue if that does not work. Scumbags.

Has anybody found a workaround for this?

I would imagine if you try to spoof repeatedly and it doesn't work or you get caught doing it, then Amazon will notate that to your seller account - which is like getting caught with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoices.

So i've got 25 IP violations on 1 seller account, that I'm trying to get removed.

Other than emailing the Rights Owner (which I'm doing) or utilizing an attorney (which I'm going to try next) or spoofing (which I'm not willing to try), anyone know anything else that works? Feel free to PM me. Thanks

Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic

I completely believe another seller used an email spoofing method to get a couple of my listings closed for counterfeit claims.

The email provided was real, and 2 of my listings were closed. The thing that piqued my curiosity was that one of the items was unrelated to the IP that the email was representative of.

So, I emailed the address and asked if that claim was filed by him.

He said it was not and he has no record of it, so he is reaching out to Amazon to find the solution.

So yeah, I definitely believe that this is an ongoing thing, and I have no idea how to fight it.

But it would be incredibly useful to know how to spoof claim retraction emails.

Spoof retraction works still, But if the rights owner complains to amazon You will get code of conduct suspension use at your own risk

OK. That is interesting and useful to know. But how would the Rights Owner find out?

Amazon emails rights owner every time to say the content is reinstated

If that's true then it seems like game over if you do that enough. I would imagine a Rights Owner would be super pissed at Amazon and the seller of this happened.

Which would result in an account suspension.

what? If you got it at the same time then Amazon detected it was from you and not really the rights owner.

Only after I kept emailing them cause they didn’t reactivate all the Asins they had blocked . When I first used to spoof I would get a reply in a few outs reinstated now takes days and some time have to email them screen shot of the retraction email . But whoever u communicate to much with seller performance about the same issue most time lead to a suspension . HAS ANYONE EVER BACK FROM CODE OF CONDUCT ? I have 3 accounts like this the first one they told me I can appeal for inauthentic counterfeit
