ibmcorp | 01-01-2019 12:28 AM | Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic Has anyone tried to 'spoof' an email to Amazon at notice-dispute to retract an inauthentic claim? I have the email address of the person who caused the complaint, and read online that someone spoofed before and Amazon retracted it. They wouldn't re-instate it afterwards when the brand owner continuously tried to. Has anyone had any success/failures with this? |
altrin0 | 01-01-2019 05:58 AM | Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic yes tried but not succeed. I thought that emails didn't delivered to Amazon |
ibmcorp | 01-01-2019 06:07 AM | Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic I tried a spoofer and sent it to my email first and I got it, so hopefully Amazon got it too. |
Beautiful | 01-01-2019 03:08 PM | Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic I think it would be obvious for them to tell if it was spoofed
But who knows... I would imagine most people have already exploited that though and amazon has counter measures in place by now |
ibmcorp | 01-02-2019 03:28 AM | Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic I doubt it's been abused, it might have been done wrong by some people, but there is very little info about this when you research online. |
user3657 | 01-02-2019 03:51 AM | Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic Let us know how it works. its not easy to spoof those systems. |
Re: Spoofing an email to Amazon to retract inauthentic I say you go the person's home you are trying to imitate and force them to retract the claim. A couple of shotguns, duct tape, maybe some ski mask. |

If we do not fight back they will win.... |

I cant disclose method but it does work | Yea I can see if you have your own exchange server then you can actually change some mail server details but i suspect 3rd parties just change the from address which is easier. In hotmail all you have to do is view "Details" to see which mx server it really came from, im sure amazon will have the bots reject the claim if something does not match up. |

whats the point of this forum, if no one helps lol..unreal | We do all help each other but everyone also has their own way of doing things
If methods that take weeks and months to work out got shared then they would end up not working pretty fast. |
