I am specifically interested in mobile-phone-accessories category. How many people do you think end up leaving feedback? I am gueestimating around 25%.
Is that close or far from reality in your opinion?

I get around 8-10% on my main eBay. Stupidly low. I think its because I never request it and since I have so much, people see it as unnecessary. Its around 20-30% on my stealths which have a much lower number of feedbacks overall.

Yea agreed, Amazon is typically around 5%. I can get it up to 10-15% if I'm diligent with emails/correspondence

Amazon is less personal so people feel like they're buying from a machine rather than an individual seller. Because of that they don't usually feel the need to leave feedback unless something goes wrong.
eBay is a little more "community" like..

Wow, I never realised the eBay feedback rate is so high.
Getting feedback on Amazon can be a long process.
Very true - it's pretty difficult for Amazon because most people just buy, receive and don't go back for "simple feedback leaving" like eb has been known for
On mine it’s also maybe 1 or 2% product review.
And sometimes you get a seller feedback where they wrote it’s a great product.
I noticed also that amazon delete one feedback from a customer without any reasons. It looks like the leave the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ reviews online but the original once will be deleted.
