Amazon account was suspended indefinitely. any advice?
My amazon account was suspended yesterday for selling international edition textbooks. I did not sell these books under the US ISBN, but rather the correct ISBN that is on the back of the books. Amazon already had the pages for these titles, and amazon themselves sold some of these books, and many sellers were using fulfillment by amazon to sell international editions.
Either way, my account was suspended, and my appeal was denied. They have said they will not respond to any of my emails. Are there any higher-ups I can email? Or should I just go about trying to get a new account, and how hard would that be?
What makes me angry is that amazon themselves has listings for these books, and fulfills orders for other very large sellers of I.E.'s, but my account was the only one removed. I believe I will be sending every listing I can find on amazon to the publishers for DMCA notices. It will be a tedious process, but if I can't sell these books, I don't think others should still be allowed.
