Ideal State to open a LLC?
Is there an ideal state used to open a LLC?
I had a personal account which I was selling close to $200K of revenue on for the last 5 years which was recently suspended sometime last year for not being able to show invoices when a problem arose, and seller support doesn't seem to want to let me back on since I don't have good invoices to show them (I never kept them - not how I did business - I typically didn't deal with distributors and would get my products from a variety of sources like eBay, Goodwill, etc and stuff - I will DEFINITELY start working with distributors more often now and keep ALL invoices to be able to show from now on - and I'd prefer NOT to Photoshop invoices or something like that to get back on - not my style). Since then, I opened a LLC in The Great State of California to be used as the legal entity to do this legitimate business under - would this LLC be able to be used to get back on? I just made the LLC myself I didn't use like LegalZoom or any of that nonsense so is there some database that information can be looked up to see who made the LLC and who owns it, and if so would Amazon be able to use that to see that the name is the same and link it to the suspended account? I read somewhere that housing your LLC in The Great State of Delaware is ideal due to additional privacy policies that State has - can anyone confirm or deny this?
Any thoughts/input/comments on the matter regarding this is highly appreciated. Also please do not reply just to say to "buy the eBook" - I am considering the eBook but want conversation here which is the purpose of why I'm asking and making a thread here. Thank you for any help you may provide.
