Default high volume selling on personal amazon account

can my personal amazon selling account (not a business account) be in trouble if i will start selling in high volume? Like gross sales 10.000$ a month? My account is 4 months old, the personal information is legit, had 37 sales so far, everything shipped on time. Or i will have to upgrade to a business account? If i do so will there be any verification process?

You'd be better off on a professional plan, it will save you quite a bit.

Amazon will more than likely force you to change plan if you do 10k turnover a month.

Eventually they will consider you a business seller and will make you register as one. Some have experienced being temporarily suspended until they provide business info, similar to what is experienced opening a new account. It can happen when you meet or are on pace to meet their threshold. I dont think they threshold in their system is very high to be considered a business seller.

10K per month will trigger a change of entity suspension very soon.
