ALL of my seller accounts got closed at the same time....

I have 4 pro seller accounts all suddenly got closed today at the same time. all the accounts have been in good standing for years...

Does anyone know what is going on? all 4 accounts received the same email.

Obviously you have a leak somewhere and they are all linked together.

Without knowing your full setup more, we can only guess the root cause(s)

All 4 accounts have been in operation for 2 years I use separate Virtual Box for each one and separate Fresh IP from 24VC.

I have been doing the same routine for 2 years now. nothing has changed from my end...

I use 1 laptop for everything...

How is everyone else account? is your account still ok? This is so sudden I am still in shock...

Im guessing:

1) Auxiliary software you may use to manage your accounts linked them

2) Similarities used such as speech in your condition notes or pricing, SKU formatting

3) You sell the same items and/or do not use a ratio of other random ASIN's to dilute related inventory

4) You got sloppy on one occasion and didnt use a VPN and/or the VPN dropped connection while on an account

5) Related information used? Think hard here. Can even be FBA mail from or return addresses. Tax information.

6) You replied to emails using a desktop email application which leaked your IP. Gmail in web browser wont do this, but if you use something like thunderbird or a desktop email client your emails will leak your IP. Same can be said for opening emails with images enabled instead of "plain text" only.

7) Your 4 accounts all actively participated in stuff against the "TOS", like feedback manipulation or something (idk) and all got investigated in a batch at the same time.

8) The ID you used to make your accounts was questionable. Not sure how you made your accounts or if you bought them from someone, but maybe ID's had something faulty or nefarious about them and upon further investigation revealed this. Think deep about this part.


Im very curious what caused this. Can be a combination of all the above. Rest on it and spend some thing thinking about your operation and your accounts behavior on what may have caused it. This isnt random, something triggered it.

One thing to note is my one backup account which I am not selling on is still active I use the same login process with that account.



1) cannot be software since I use a separate one for each account

2) SKU are all different, pricing is different, don't use condition note, ASIN are all different

3) All items are different on each account nothing is related.

4) my internet connection will auto dropped if my VPN is offline using windows firewall, can't be that.

5)all from and return email are random and different. nothing is the same. tax information are all "stealth"

6) I never replied email to Amazon only communicate in Amazon account. this is one area that might be but then I should have received a suspension email for related account not this suspension.

7) honestly, I do not use any kind of feedback manipulation. the nature of my items require no feedback or page ranking, has never used any launch service or any advertisement service.

8) all 4 accounts come from a "featured" seller on this forum and all 4 have been running good for 2 years...

highly doubt it. definitely a linkage somewhere. what kind of system are you using to manage these accounts?

if you were in breach of a particular policy from the seller code of conduct, and manipulated the policy in the exact same way, then its possible that they seen evidence of the exact same procedure applied to 4 accounts

if it was direct link the suspension email would be entirely different. But you can get suspended for a policy violation, but can also be linked to the other accounts at the same time. Then emails Amazons system sends out are templated

There are many things I can speculate you did wrong, but you should give us a lot more info about anything sketchy you did. Docs,feedback etc

They were linked somehow.

I checked mine and all of them are still alive.

One of the differences is that I use a separate machine per account.

I sell books on all 4 accounts. no feedback manipulation here... the books sell themselves, no need for feedback, advertisement, etc...

I use amazon automate remove system to cross out negative customer feedback on the accounts, that about it...

honestly, I have a legit business... nothing shady, it looks like my employees' family will go hungry for a while now... this is sad =((

It's been said a thousand times on this forum 'there's no way to link my account's when clearly there is.

That is a possibility, but I do have 1 backup account that is still active. it uses the same login process and everything else that the other 4 accounts do. I am not selling anything on that account at this moment.

Only 1 account has infringement claims against it for some $10-$12 books. the other 3 have nothing against them.

If you were selling the same branded book/author across all 4 stores, you could have an aggressive brand owner trying to take the stores down

IP or cookies or even something related to products.

1 account has a major flag and they gun for everything related to it it seems
