Articles of Incorporation request

Changing the legal entity to S-Corp im assuming Amazon will request docs.

If they request: "Articles of Incorporation" it will show the officers/directors which will show my legal name (thats fine, already on the account) but also my address which is linked to my suspended account.

So, even tho the S-Corp may be registered to a mailbox, the officers/directors addresses are visible on the articles incorporation and Amazon will see this.

How do I get around this?

There's no guarantee, depends on who is looking at your case and whether or . not they had a good day.

For Amaaon's doc requests, I've used my DL/Passport and never had an issue.

Right now Amazon is struggling to review accounts. Rather than 1-2 days its about 10-14 days for a reply.They'll probably glance at it and that's it. I can't imagine them doing the tedious work of looking the doc, writing down doc numbers and such, then cross checking it with suspended accounts.

I imagine that other links are obtained by a computer, because you filled in the application a bot could copy and past against the suspended accounts.
