Offshore Incorporation

I am not sure if people in here are using offshore companies, although I think so .
Could you please recommend a reputable company to incorporate that also provides bank account + merchant for this ?
Prices kept to a minimum if possible and don't have a specific location in mind, I'd consult with the company on that.

Very few of us use USA companies(aka, EIN with Corp and LLC etc) never mind offshore businesses.

I doubt such a service exists, other than having your lawyer do all this for you.
