I wonder how long this fallacy will be asked over and over. There should be a FAQ advert displayed that Amazon (or any website) cannot see your local machines MAC address. Its impossible!

Amazon, ebay or any other web server can't see your local MAC address as your MAC is not propagate over the internet. They will know your IP address only.

it says in Ghost book they know your Mac.. and the biggest section in the book is how to change your mac.. i don't think aspkin would waist his time. if it wasent true.
we know ebay cant track mac but i don't know about amazon. and you cant 'get' a VPN. and even if they do its clean and not connected so its not a problem.
