Amazon 30 day review

After 90 days review I now got this . It has since been the 30 days since getting this email . Do I email them and wait ? Also what are my chances of getting my funds back ?

What information am I being asked to provide?

How do I submit an appeal?
Please send your appeal to disbursement-appeals@amazon.com. A successful appeal will address all of the policy violations that resulted in the loss of your ability to sell on Amazon.

What happens if I do not appeal?
If your appeal for funds is not successful or you choose not to appeal within 30 days, some or all of your funds will be withheld in your account. If you do not wish to submit any additional information, please let us know and we will complete our review and provide you with a final response.

Any future requests for funds that you submit to Amazon will be treated as a request to complete our review with the information available at that time.

Did you get any other alerts or emails about this? This email is saying the reason for the payment hold is you did not address their original request and that you have 30 days to provide the info.
