Hello
I have 2 questions concerning my amazon seller account

1,

I would like to know if a client has open a Return request for an item i have sold ( Example: Login access for server )
It is possible to decline the return request since the client has already obtain a login which is working ?

If so, how please to decline it or to close the open request.

2.

I am using Payoneer for my amazon account, i would like to know if the money i have received will be automatically transferred on my payoneer account or i have to do it manually ?

First of all you cant sell digital items if you do for any item seller can decline the return request where buyer will more likely open A to Z claim

You need to request funds transfer to your bank account manually or it will transfer automatically on the date shown on your account
