My Clients are having this message when they try to add a Feedback on my Amazon Account

Can you please help me how to resolve this issue ?

For Info my account has already been verified , they have already called me
and confirm that i can sell my items

Well only 1 client who got this issue

as i can read, it is an issue from the client account, no ?
mean he can't add review because his account got unusual activities ?


i don't think it is an issue with my account
