Both are my actual bills never used before with only the address changed to 100% match what's on file everywhere (Billing Address, Registered Address, Credit Card Address, Legal Entity). The bill has my LLC and address clearly listed.

Should I resubmit the electric bill in 5 separate JPGs for the 5 pages? What the hell do they want? Why did an account with no complaints or issues and a legit LLC for years get into this in the first place?

I believe the member was able to resolve the issue

Are you talking about the utility request on your own account that happened shortly after sign up?

Yes, I am still trying to resolve that. I need to activate this account.

The shops we sell are stress tested to purposely trigger the utility request

So a bit confused - I have replied to all emails
