Default Order defect rate 2.73% help.

Amazon is displaying a warning on my seller account stating “your account is at risk of be deactivated”

All because a scam my customer filed a A-Z claim now my Order defect rate is 2.73% which more than Amazons 1% maximum in 60 days.

Is there anything I should do or should I just wait it out 60 days and allow it to resolve itself.

Your account will be suspended. You will be required to give a POA about your ODR.

Seller Performance / Amazon is deaf, dumb, blind and cant speak English and work in predictable ways regardless of how corrupt their platform is such as with a scammer causing high A-Z against your account.

Yes. Keep the POA short, simple, basic words for someone who doesnt speak English can understand. Bullet points help. Own up to the mistake (even if you didnt do anything wrong) and provide a solution.

If you put the blame on someone else, they'll deny it.

KEEP IT SIMPLE AND SHORT. Less words the better.

Do not follow the retards on the amazon seller forums who provide POA templates, theyre long, bloated, full of jargon and overly complicated that Seller Performance monkeys cant understand or have patience to read and just click the "deny" button on.

Absolutely agree. Hopefully they won’t ban the account. It is only 1.73% higher and I’m currently out of stock so sales volume is low right now.

But I wouldn’t just leave it to fall off naturally, the defect is never forgotten and when you’re back to < 1% another defect would bring this one into play again should they consider a suspension I’d necessary.

Make some sales to dilute the problem, don’t think it will simply disappear.
Agreed. Wise advise right here

Yep, one defect is unlikely to lose your shop

work out a well written POA and try to follow up with all your past/future buyers for additional positive feedback
