Adding a second director.

Hi, just wanted you guys thoughts.

I have an existing legit amazon setup in my company name. I am in business with my partner and he now wants to be added a director to the business.

The account is in great standing and has been open for two years.

My concern is that if add my partner as a director and Amazon ask for business information it will cause suspension as my partner had previously been banned from Amazon.

He is adamant that I am over thinking. what do you think?

Yes, your account will go under verification and they will ask for both dirctors ID etc

Yeah for sure. but logically speaking the account is in my name and my company. Can they block for an additional director.

His address as since changed and it was pre ID days so only thing matching is the Name???
