Amazon Phone Verification Process for bank account change

So I have a stealth account using another individuals information, I recently purchased an LLC and added it to my account. I now just opened a business bank account for my LLC, in an attempt to change the bank account, I was told by Amazon I would have to call them up in order to do a "Phone Verification" process. What should I expect to happen during this call? Thanks
