Potential misuse of intellectual property
Hello people. I hope someone could provide some helpful info regarding this:
Today most part of my listings were removed (still showing active, but all went dog page). Received suspected intellectual property violations for all listings. Some of the listings that are older, but pretty much the same still active and good. I'm trying to figure out what has triggered listings to be removed by robot? This happened on 2 of my accs at the same time. Accs are still active and not suspended yet which is good for now, but why A removed listings is a question. So I think maybe this happened because of UPC numbers that I bought from third party as I usually do and use random brand in brand field in order to use those UPCs. Items are actually unbranded. Also I use 'compatible with' in title to avoid suppression of listings, but maybe Amazon has changed rules or something? They ruined hundreds of working hours at least and I probably will need to relist all this (3000+ listings), but to avoid this in the future need to find out the reason. Any ideas guys? Thank you.
Interestng fact: all listings that has been removed ware in product adds by amazon. All listings that never been in product advertisement program are still alive, however those listings are much older and not all of them are same category as removed listings. All listings that been removed are in the same category and have pretty similar description, titles. Variation names are like this 'iPhone 12', 'iPhone 7plus' etc. Maybe they want me to make variation names like this: 'for iPhone 12' and 'for iPhone 7 Plus'?
