Default Constant 503 error when trying to browse amz site

'a friend of mine' is constantly getting a 503 error when trying to browse amz site using stealth IP, does that mean he is blocked? as may have to request new IP from a certain Burger place. Seller central is fine its just the main amz site as his business partners are logging in also from an EU country.

Its been happening for weeks and keep getting flagged with captcha on login

Likely IP related or browser related

Try a different IP and if doesn't solve it try a different browser

I don't know what kind of "Stealth" IP your buddy is using... so I can't say.

I guess use a differentbrowser and IP and see if it lets him?
