Fullfilled by amazon - when does amazon alert seller to return?
When using fulfilled by Amazon. At what point in the return process is the seller informed? When a return is initiated? Once amazon have received the return? Once they've made a decision/ returned to seller?
Reason I ask is I've had a couple of buyers reach out to say they've returned it to amazon and asking me for an update. Amazon have not told me anything about the return so I've referred them to amazon customer service as its FBA. Curious at what point Amazon will tell me? First one was 6 weeks ago so would have thought they should have been refunded by now
