Amazon UK OFM Ban - Buying only

Hi, I know this is my first post but want to put this out there and seek any advice.

I received an email from ofm@amazon yesterday morning out of the blue saying we have closed your account for violating the terms of conditions of use agreement.

It invited me to appeal via reply to an account specialist which I did and got a reply that made absolutely no sense at all. It looked like whoever replied just copy and pasted 4 or 5 different canned responses.

My account has been mine for years and I've not had any other accounts suspended or banned in the past.

So far I've not had a response from the account specialist when I asked them about why the account was closed or what evidence they had to justify it.

Has anyone ever had an account unbanned before or is this a futile attempt on my part to have it re-instated?

There must be a ban wave happening.

ANyone has any idea to reinstate?

this was the reply from the "Account Specialist Team" I got that's confusing and inconsistent.

"Thank you for contacting us. I understand your concern is regarding the closure of your Amazon.co.uk account and orders.
I would be able to assist if you can provide any one of the following information along with the description of the issue:

1. Name of the item
2. Order ID
 
After closely examining your account, any related accounts, and your order history. We have ensured that any decision regarding your account was made according to our policies.

After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not reopen your closed Amazon accounts. You will not be able to place orders on our site.   

Our records show that we previously closed an account of yours for violating the terms of our Conditions of Use agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site.

Its clear you had account in past which they closed it, no way to get this account back, its buyer account move on and open new one its quite easy

Absolutely have never had any other Amazon account that’s been closed at all in my life.

Something is linked they have stong link this can be any vcc used, name date of birth address phone no etc or family member in same household also possible
