They never refund these right? So from there 100 million sellers they probably make 100 million usd at least every other day?

They do the charge to make sure your card on file is still valid

Are you sure, amazon NEVER refunded my 1 usd/gbp charge on seller account

those are not charges,they are authorisation,checking to make sure your card is valid,-that it is not reported stolen,it has not expired and it has not exceeded its credit limit.
if you think otherwise,look up your credit card statement

They dont refund it - they just cancel the charge.

Therei s nothing to refund if they have never charged your card,take a look at your cc statement
