How do you add a VPN to vmware? Any guide

I want to add a dedicated Fresh IP to vmware instance. How do I do that?

I will have 4 instances so need 4 separate Dedicated IP on each instance.

Any guide?

can you give a link to guide, i looked everywhere and cant find guide on using proxy with vmware.

Do you use the google chrome add on vmware or is there are setting inside vmware to connect the Dedicated IP to vmware? I am confused? Please clarify.
