Default Account deactivated

I sent an appeal and this is my last response....
"Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue."

Whats next?

Why was the account deactivated? Did you get an e-mail with the reason?

Yes section 3, too many refunds. I was locked out of my storage facility and couldn't ship.this is the truth. I provided them evidence and contact information of the facility to confirm my issues have been resolved.

Do bots read these or humans? Since I have no other issues at least let me do FMA. I have almost 100k in inventory. This is a big issue. I know nothing about stealth and besides this my account was clean.

100k in inventory...oof - while you sort out this account, you should learn ghost methods and get backup accounts going for selling

That's going to involve alot of creativity ight? To change info on invoices etc? I have spare laptops and can use hotspot but I have no idea about anything else.

Most important I need access for tax purposes. Pretty sure they can't legally keep me locked out, deactivated is another issue and day

Unusual activity lock out doesn't mean its blocked but you'll need to go through seller support/phone calls.

This can happen sometimes when people disburse funds to a bank account that doesn't have a matching name (bank flags deposit, amazon flags account for unusual activity pending additional information)

Keep calling them. It's gonna be a nightmare so be prepared and expect monkeys on meds when talking to them because most of them will be reading you off their check point list in front of their screens.

if you want to get reinstated you will need to completely admit your guilt and send an email to them where you explain how much you are sorry , it is your own fault and what you will do in the future to prevent this from happening

they call such a letter "action plan" , the core of such a plan is to always admit it is your fault and present a list of measures which are supposed to correct it

Chance at getting reinstated - also chance of being denied - keep that in mind and plan accordingly

I have checked some Chinese forums earlier, many posts there suggest that Account deactivated with login blocked is the most severe action which is related to repeatly review manipulation after being warned for the first time. The account is dead mate but you can send email to request the inventory being removed I think.
