Selling "Prohibited Items" and avoiding Takedowns

Hey everybody. New here

So, I had been selling on amazon for many years. I even had brand registry for all of my products and amazon actually helped me list them. These products are now considered to be "Drug Paraphernalia" by Amazon systems.
I had all my listings taken down for this violation last December.

I could never figure out why I was being targeted when tons of my competitors were unaffected. Since then I've tried relisting multiple different ways, but after a few days they are always taken down again.

Have any of you dealt with something like this before?

So you need to know what their requirements are and follow the new policy.

Amazon isn't as simple because they keep changing and sometimes they change weekly.

So talk with the brand registry manager and start there.
