My email doesn’t appear in Amazon after 3 years
I called today a company to try and help me get back my Amazon seller account. He asked me for my suspension letter and since I didn’t have it, he said to log in and get it. Here’s the thing, I entered the email associated with my account and Amazon states there’s no such email in their system.
I explained this to the person and he said if my email doesn’t pop up anywhere it’s because they completely deleted me (I should be happy about that, I guess).
He said to try an open an account with that same email address. I tried and I went all the way up to credit card info. I didn’t continue since I have to see what I should do from here.
Could that be? I was closed in 2019, I had an open balance with them of $300.
Could it be their system somehow completely erased me and I can start fresh?
Anyone ever heard of this? Or will somewhere down the line, I get immediately suspended?
