My email doesn’t appear in Amazon after 3 years

I called today a company to try and help me get back my Amazon seller account. He asked me for my suspension letter and since I didn’t have it, he said to log in and get it. Here’s the thing, I entered the email associated with my account and Amazon states there’s no such email in their system.

I explained this to the person and he said if my email doesn’t pop up anywhere it’s because they completely deleted me (I should be happy about that, I guess).

He said to try an open an account with that same email address. I tried and I went all the way up to credit card info. I didn’t continue since I have to see what I should do from here.

Could that be? I was closed in 2019, I had an open balance with them of $300.
Could it be their system somehow completely erased me and I can start fresh?

Anyone ever heard of this? Or will somewhere down the line, I get immediately suspended?

There's really no such thing as a "company"

You actually did what the amazon rep told you to do.... sigh... wipe that computer down completely and do not re use the email.

They deleted you because of something very very ... very serious.

Most of these appeal services are scams, particularly any joker who tells you to use the same email address, that is ridiculously bad advice.

The only way to try and get back on is to use all new details, nothing must be re-used - absolutely nothing. Ideally on a freshly formatted PC. A new and trustworthy IP address is essential.

^ This is solid advice OP - that service you mentioned seems naive and just trying to get your money.

Sounds like Amazon deleted your account you'll have to start fresh on a new account

Very unlikely/most will say impossible to recover blocked/deleted accounts
