Amazon Stealth Account Issue

I purchased an Amazon Stealth account from Elmo back in 2016. It has been great but because a health situation led me to taking a couple of months off, it now requires me to resubmit paperwork due to inactivity. Elmo never shared the paperwork with me when I purchased the account and, from what I see, he no longer is in the business. Emails to him bounce. Anyone else here that can help? I rely on this income for my family.

Perhaps reach out to moderators (purple names) but if that seller is gone...not much can be done from his side so it has been some time
