I got the other account hold removed and reinstated the account.
After restoring a few accounts my experience has been to takes several repeat spam attempts of uploading the same document over and over again until that one time they say yes instead of no.
What a bizarre stance from Amazon, this just reinforces the fact that it doesn't matter if you do things correctly, it just matters if you get someone who gives a **** and decides to feel good that day and restore your account, others 90% of these support reps are toxic cancer who don't care to do their job other than reading of a script.
I wonder how they wake up every day and and remember how to live life, anyone who works in customer service has to be either a child or have a very very low IQ.
If anyone has advice on how to initiate a refund/return for an item once your amazon buyer account is closed please let me know, other than submitting a chargeback.
