You can use multiple authenticator apps or use the same one
Either way make sure to save the QR image on Amazon in case you lose access to your device, you could always rescan the QR code on a new authenticator device

I didn't realize that I can use one app for all accounts.
Currently i open the app, it shows my amazon verification automatically and tell me my amazon email address, that's really good. not sure if use one app, eg: google anthenticator, i use it to scan all my accounts, what happens when i open the app, showing all codes ( as well as showing each email address of my account)?

I use Google Authenticator for all my accounts. Although it shows the email address that is for you to discriminate between accounts. It will not link them.
Either keep a photo of the codes on a separate device, back up your phone/device regularly (which is just good practice anyway) or, as I do, have it installed on both my iphone and ipad which coupled with regular back-ups is pretty solid.
