eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Can amazon.com & amazon.it be linked?

Like ebay linking I am asking if it can happen to amazon too. But using 2 differenct accounts: one in amazon.com and the other in amazon.it

Will amazon link these two accounts?

if it is seller accounts you can lose one or both , amazon do not want people to have multiple seller accounts without permission

Recently they cracking down if you com account went down in few days Europe will also go down
