Removing photo metadata on Windows

1.Go to the folder that contains the images you want to address.
Select an image file.
2.Use your mouse to right click and select “Properties” from the menu.
Next, select “Details.”
3.Select the option to create a copy of the file with all possible properties removed.
Select “OK.”

I haven't tried this way but looks simple

Seems easy and simple enough, but, you are at Microsoft's mercy if anything stays.

It was related to the INFORM Act. Since I posted I've been able to re-activate 2 of the 4 accounts by submitting what they're asking. I'm worried about the last 2 because that's where most of FBA inventory is, and the most amount of money being withheld. These last 2 accounts are also 100% stealth accounts. I will keep you all updated

Is anyone actually receiving the cards in the mail?

I would need to secure another address for the account if they are. Anyone?

Yes they are actually sending postcards. I just received my first one last week

Ugh... that's a really regulated category.

I'm assuming you already got your permission to sell the first time?

I've sold around $30MM in supplements between my 4 accounts, and they've been active since 2018.

My "stealthiest" account just got approved yesterday. What a relief! Amazon is releasing the $60,000 sitting on the account.

My first ever account in my name from 2015 was suspended in 2016. Since then I've been worried about using my name/ID/etc.. on any account.

But apparently Amazon has either not linked my suspended account to my new Driver's License, or they don't care? Because I'm using my name, ID, and address on the stealth accounts for verification and they're passing.

I have stealth account thats s-corp all legit address, entity, EIN information but the name used to make it was just randomly made up. What can I do for point of contact now? Can I use my girlfriends info? Are they linking account based on address at this point of contact ID check?

Why can't you use your info? Did you have a suspended account at some point?

Also, what part of the verification process do you still need to do?

Balling status...why did you get suspended? Just curious..

Yes previous account suspended like 8 years ago. I'm on the point of contact ID verification step. I'm not sure to put in my actual information here or try to use somebody elses?

People are using their personal email to pass the reviews but who knows if Amazon will come back later and link them. All amazon wants is the info of the person who manages the account. Using a family member or someone you see being in your life for the seeable future is the best option imo

Try your personal info and see if it works.
If it doesn't then you'll know and reformat the PC and start over.

"If you are required to provide a Business License, the business owner’s or representative’s name in the Business License should match with the ID proof uploaded."

Wonder if this is an issue saw it on the ID part when I go to upload the images.

Re: Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account

If you are operating as a sole proprietorship and using your Social Security Number (SSN) instead of an Employer Identification Number (EIN), you would generally be considered an individual for most purposes. As a sole proprietor, your business and personal finances are not legally separated, so you would typically file taxes as an individual and not as a separate business entity.

When filling out forms or applications that require you to indicate your status, you should select "individual" rather than "business" or "sole proprietorship." This is because your legal status is tied to your individual identity as the owner of the business.

However, it's worth noting that specific forms or applications may have different terminology or options. If you encounter a situation where you're unsure about how to classify yourself, it's always a good idea to consult with a qualified professional such as an accountant or attorney who can provide guidance based on your specific circumstances and the relevant regulations in your jurisdiction.

I suspect once Amazon has collected all the information from this round of verifications ..they may run that data against past suspended accounts. However they will need more than just a name match given the size of the database. If Amazon also has DOB, EIN or SSN from suspended accounts etc may provide a second field so there may be an uptick in suspensions in the future.

Alternatively they may be sensible and say that if someone has run his account for 5-10 years he most likely is now a good actor even if had been suspended in the past

I guess we are all going to be finding out some time soon

0 chance of that. The automated system will match the information and process an automatic related account suspension.

Yup that is what I think ...it will be a pure database matching thing but I did not want to be negative!

quite possibly

Re: Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account

Also, and this goes for everything related to amazon document requests. Creative, but simple and exactly what they asked for documents are better than a bunch of authentic documents that offer a roundabout way of proving what was asked.

Eg. apparently there's a big issue with bank account verification right now where they want to see a statement with a personal name on it instead of the business name. The person who submits a statement with their personal name on it will just get accepted immediately. The person who goes to the bank and gets a letter from them explaining that they're the authorized signer on the business account probably spends a lot of time getting the documentation, and probably gets rejected by Amazon anyway.

There's 2 ways Amazon reviews things:
1. Automated. Anything other than exactly what they're looking for will be rejected
2. Manual review, with a person following a set of rules as to what to look for. Their below minimum wage indian workforce isn't authorized to use their own judgement on the review. If your documents don't fall within a set of guidelines they'll be rejected.

After the postcard code enter, they said to re-submit tax ID.

One is by SIN, another acct by HST.

Will let you know what works when it happens.
