Read this message AMZ sent me.
"The number that you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the unique ID number in the identity document. Update the number in Seller Central to match the unique ID number in the identity document."
See ? AMZ wanted me to update the number in seller central, instead of resubmiting documents.
If you see this in AMZ's message, it means AMZ already unlocked the page for you to update Tax info (unique number - SSN, address, ful name)
But there are various messages from AMZ according to sellers forum discussion, some of them are simply rejecting your request.
Something like "You are not authorized to change the contact info" or asking you to resubmit documents.
And these mean bad .....
