Are we talking about during the Bank Verification process / account Verification that many people are going though, or are we talking in general? I know in general it doesn't matter, all my accounts are mismatched, but I was under the impression that the whole verification process (Bank or Re-verify your account) requires matching name/address on bank statement?

Yes I made sure the names on the statement matches the account.

I have yet to be asked for bank verification on Amazon.com USA ..anyone else not been?

they have asked only on one out of 6 of my accounts

thats very interesting ..my working hypothesis is that are doing non resident Amazon.com accounts last of all .....assuming of course that is what your ones are

They can't hit 100% of accounts, but I know that it's UK's turn now that they swept USA 2 months ago

How do yhou know if I can ask?

The people I know with .com accounts from USA not been asked to re verify yet ..however I did get the warning banner that then disappeared.

My working assumption is that everyone in the countries listed on the drop down will get their re activation request shortly once Amazon works out how to target accounts non resident in those countries accurately ....so I think you are right anyway

Huh? A lot of old accounts in USA were hit first a few months ago... now it's UK's turn then they hit asia next.

I just got hit with one as soon as I finished the 60 day notice re-verification. So maybe they go down the list, first asking for re-verification, then Identity, then Bank Account, etc...
