Default Amazon detected suspicious activity

I have been using a stealth account for 6 months or so and selling is going just fine, no issues. However, today I went to go buy something with the buyer account and it triggered this crap.

I'll post the email below, but basically it triggered a temporary hold on the account and of course it means I can't log into seller account either until it's cleared.

The complication is that the credit card I have on file is an employee card on my main amex account. The employee card is not one I've used before, but the address doesn't match the billing address I used and it doesn't match the credit card statement. The credit card statement doesn't even list the credit card and number that was used as it only lists my main card number and name since I haven't used this particular credit card at all since last year. So now I really am going to have trouble getting this hold cleared. In the future I will definitely set it up better, but for now, how the heck do I go about getting this hold cleared? Any advice? Do I get creative with the credit card statement? If so, do I list the address on the amazon account even though it showed as mismatched in amazon's credit card response I'm guessing?

Got the following email:

I got the same thing except I used a visa gift card. They only locked my buyer account and not the seller account. I tried to explain to them that visa gift cards don’t have credit card statements but it was pointless. Curious to see what solution you find

What do you mean they only locked buyer account and not seller? It's the same log in right?

Remove the new card info and go back to the original card that was in use before. The suspicious activity looks like the new card.

As you may have now figured out, only use the card on file for the seller account for purchases. Giving AZ more info is never a good idea.

Looks like they are getting really picky on CC's also.

I can't access the account, I can't log in. Upon log in it says

Account on hold temporarily

We noticed unusual payment activity on your account and need to verify ownership of the payment method used on your most recent order.

I have to submit the statement to verify that the credit card is mine and then wait for them to approve and unblock my sign-in.
