What document can I upload for the Bussiness Number (BN) in Canada

A BN is issued for a corporation. It should be on any standard incorporation documents.

Apply for a business license, and it comes with a business number.

Apply for a HST number for your tax number.

What document, I am logged into my CRA account online, I do not see anything that can be downloaded

It won't be from the CRA as that is for your personal income not business related. Look up business incorporation Canada or business license application Canada and go through their application to get your BN.

I have my BN number, Amazon wants that, which is fine to input, but then thy want me to upload a supporting document with it

That would be a copy of your business license.

I will have to dig it out, was a company I had 12 years ago, probably gonna have old addresses and such

My Amazon was set up in a family member's name, am I gonna have issues with names

You will need to register the business again to get the company active again, and that will give you a new BN and hard copy of such.
Make sure all the info on new license matches what you plan to submit for INFORM.
