Unless it's a PS5 or or PS4 you're going to have a hard time getting it from a reputable source. Best bet might be to go to a local store that has an official name "Video Games Plus" and ask them if they have an official invoice they can issue if you purchase.

Is the section 3 violation coming because you submitted forged invoices and they caught you so now you need a real credible one?

Why not buy the item from a credible source get the invoice and then return the item for a refund and submit the invoice to Amazon.
