or know where I can order invoices so the brand gets approved for ungating?

Getting ungated for big brands like that is next to impossible unless you're ACTUALLY authorized by the brand.

More like don't bother. I'm pretty sure they aren't authorizing random 3P sellers. You probably need to be a long time distributor to even be considered.

I will say this though, if you absolutely, positively have to list a nintendo product, you can do it under the brand "Generic." That will most likely be a very short road to a suspension though.

There is some risk of a forged document suspension if you're submitting false invoices purportedly from a big brand.
