Do Sellers Resell on Amazon?

I see some of my competitors buy products from me at lower price and once my products sells out the price changes by almost 50%.

Do amazon allow sellers to buy from other sellers and ship to their customers?

You mean buy from you but they use their client's shipping address so you ship to them?

But I think some people are getting away with it, because it is actually happening

Someone placed an order for a book in my shop,if I do not have it,I will just buy it from another seller and ask him to ship it to my buyer,it does not happen often though

Your competitors will get another buyer to purchase your stock to get you out of the way so theirs will sell for more money, it happened to me a few times.

Yes. Often a strategy referred to as A2A (amazon to amazon), although it is usually not a good idea to buy from other 3rd party sellers as there is alot of risk that comes along with it. Still all within Amazon ToS so long as you are not using a prime account to buy with.

The thing about amazon is that even when things are within their policy, it doesn't mean they won't make an excuse to suspend you.

Ppl do it - they get shutdown if it becomes excessive/rampant....occasionally and without use of a gift card is not really punished...

no, 1 person with the same phone number in the order page buys different products and ship to different address.

Immediately I am out of stock, my competitors price will rise my 50-100%

I think the one thing to keep in mind is to keep your stock up in your asin so they don't take over the asin eventually.

It sounds like he sold the identical products elsewhere say Ebay and then make you ship the orders to his buyers .
