Another thought: the ownership on this Amazon account is under a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ business, but I’m trying to transfer funds into a legitimate personal bank account. That might be what’s causing all the trouble.

I think that's because it's an Iban payment from europe. I could be wrong. I know they never used to for UK. Quote:

on IBAN they do not know , I know this for sure as the system is made this way that only the IBAN matters and problems with name , if they occur , could only be with the receiving bank

| AMZN operates worldwide,the banks he used are big well known banks,so if it is AMZN's fault,AMZN would have looked into it by now ,he cant be the only one who has problem? |

So, I tried different bank details—another account—and this time it worked! It must have been an issue with Amazon from the get go.
Regardless, I’ve learned a lot about Amazon’s payment system and banking transfers in general, so I’m happy with the overall experience lol |
