Re: Amazon postage help
A lot of times Royal Mail deliver the item without a scan. Amazon for a while now has started messaging customers to say an item may be lost when tracking hasn't been added to an order, as the tracking from Amazon shipping doesn't show on an order unless you look at the label. This has resulted in more buyers trying it on
When this has happened to me I have made a claim with Royal Mail, and said I used stamps, they will always compensate but it will be standard 1st class stamps. Whenever anyone has tried to claim with the postage label they have got nowhere as Royal Mail say Amazon should refund, and Amazon won't do anything.
If you try and get a refund for the postage label from Amazon it will mess up your metrics. Also if you don't refund a customer will open a claim and instantly win, even if the buy shipping tracking shows it was delivered. IF this happens you can appeal it, and won't receive a refund but it will be removed from your metrics.
